Utility Locating for Property Managers, Districts and Facility Owners
Campuses, church properties, commercial sites and HOA grounds: the private lines marked before the next project digs, and a GPS record so the one after that starts from a map.
Property managers, districts and facility owners
Old lines, missing drawings, and a project every season
A campus, a church property, a commercial site or an HOA common area carries decades of private lines past the meter: irrigation mains, site lighting, private water and sewer, gas to outbuildings, fiber between buildings. The drawings are missing or wrong, and every drainage fix, playground, sign, valve replacement or parking-lot project has to dig through them. 811 marks only the utility companies' lines up to the meter; the rest is yours.
We mark the private side with electromagnetic locating and ground-penetrating radar, in APWA color code, and we can deliver the record along with the paint: GPS positions of the marks as placed, as KMZ or shapefile, plus a markout summary and a photo log. Do that once and the next project starts from a map instead of a guess. Recurring accounts book by the half-day or the full day, hours counted on site, with one invoice per visit.
From the job log: sixteen water valves traced and marked for a property manager in the Denver Tech Center; three days of underground locates across a school campus in Telluride for the district; a church playground marked in Peyton; EV parking stations located for a property owner in Denver; the police firing range on South Academy in Colorado Springs.
Send the site, what the project is and when it starts through the request form, or call or text (719) 800-4937, and we send a firm number and a date.
