Apex Locating (Reggie Griffiths DBA Apex Locating) runs this website.

What we collect

When you ask for a price on our quote page, send the request or booking form, or call or text us, we get your name, your phone number or email, your answers on the quote page (town, which lines, when), the price shown, and your address if you book. We use it to quote, schedule and do the work, and we may text or call once to follow up on a price. Reply STOP to any text and we won't text you again. We do not sell it.

Where it is kept

Price requests are kept for 180 days on Cloudflare, which runs this site. Jobs, quotes and invoices are kept in our job software (Jobber). If you book a call with Reggie, Google Calendar gets your name and email. Calls and texts to (719) 800-4937 are answered by Jobber's AI assistant, which keeps a record of the conversation. Cloudflare counts visits to this site without cookies, and the quote page loads its fonts from Google.

Photos of the work

We keep our own photos and notes from each job, and may use site photos and project details that do not identify you in our marketing (service terms section 7). Ask us and we will leave your project out.

Payments

Card payments go through Jobber's payment processor; we never see your full card number.
