Anything inside about 30 miles of the city carries no travel charge, and that covers every Colorado Springs address.

Because they marked their lines, not yours. Colorado Springs Utilities and the other 811 members mark the gas, electric, water and sewer they own, up to your meter or the property line. The gas to the fire pit, the power to the shed, the irrigation, the sewer lateral from the house to the main and the line to the well are private, and none of them are on that ticket. Those are what we mark.
