Standing accounts: call when you need us
Set Apex up once and order like you order concrete. A standing account means a signed account agreement on file and two ways to buy:
Call as needed. Text, call or email the address and the scope. Card work (a site package, a half or full day, a slab scan) books on our next route day in your area, usually 2 to 5 business days out, with no quote round-trip. Need it today? We'll try to fit you in if possible — no extra charge.
Scheduled ahead. If you have a repeating scope (the same sites every month, a phased project, a seasonal start-up) we set the visits up ahead of time and invoice each one as it's done.
Accounts with a signed agreement can be invoiced on Net 30 terms. Anything off the card is quoted in writing within 1 business day.
Site Package
Site Package: one flat price per small site
For the small commercial footprint (a sign, a pole, a fence line, bollards, an EV charger, one structure): we sweep for the private lines in the work area, trace the sewer where there's an accessible cleanout, mark what we find in APWA colors, mark up your site plan and send a photo log. Up to an hour on site, trip included. Several sites on one route day are the same flat price each.
Bigger sites and investigations run as a half or full day with every tool on the truck: electromagnetic tracing, radar, sewer and drain tracing.
Slab scanning
Pre-core and pre-cut slab scans for TI work
Before you core, saw-cut or anchor into a slab, we scan each location with ground-penetrating radar for rebar, post-tension cable, conduit and voids, and mark what we find on the concrete.
Send the plan with the core and cut locations marked. You get marks on the slab at every location, a photo of each, and your plan marked up with what we found, usually within 24 to 48 hours of the visit. Marks show approximate position only; keep cutting and drilling off the marked lines.

What to send us
The site address, what you're installing or cutting, the plan or a marked photo of the work area, the dig or pour date, and who meets us on site. Public lines to the meter are 811's job and they mark them free; call 811 too. We find the private lines past the meter.
