Private Utility Locating
We find and mark private underground utilities before you dig, using EM locating and GPR. Marks go down in APWA color code. Quality Level B per ASCE 38-22 - horizontal position, no depth.
Concrete Scanning & Rebar Location
Before you cut, core, or drill, we scan the slab and mark what is inside it: rebar, post-tension cable, conduit, and voids. Your saw operator works to a line instead of a guess.
Sewer Lateral Locating
We trace residential sewer laterals with a 512 Hz sonde through an accessible cleanout and mark the alignment in APWA green, up to 75 feet.
Utility Takeoffs & Plan Measurement
Send the plan set and we measure utility footage off the drawings. You get a clear split between what was measured and what was extrapolated, so you know which numbers carry risk.
Mapping & Documentation
Marks fade; the record does not. GPS positions of the marks as placed, delivered as KMZ or shapefile, with markout summaries, clearance letters, and photo logs.
811 Ticket Management
We file, track, and renew your Colorado 811 tickets so crews never wait on a locate or dig on an expired one. You send the dig schedule; we handle the rest.
Damage Investigation & Expert Support
When a line gets hit, we reconstruct what was marked, what was requested, and what the records show. Site inspection, records review, and a written findings report.
Emergency Response
Same-day and next-day mobilization when the schedule will not wait, plus evening and weekend work. Tell us the deadline and we will tell you honestly if we can meet it.
Excavation Support
On-site standby while you dig. We stay with the crew, watch the marks as the excavation opens, and re-check anything that looks off. Billed hourly, portal to portal.
